what would be the best way to fill this in so it is smooth and edgest dont catch

I had the the same problem, and couldnt find any way to fix it. Ended up raising the flat so there is an inch drop to down. Worked fine, but only use that as a last resort

just make it detached slightly so its a bit of drop, easiest way to not catch. You could also use a plastic welder and add a bunch of filler rod in there and file it down.

if you attach them, you won't be able to move them as seperate rails, which would be a pain in the ass. I'd say just raise/lower one, or even easier, just hop a bit at the kink.

ya defidently just raise the flat, and yea it will be soo much easier to move

but it looks like a pretty good rail, take more pics

what you do is you take teh down part and cut the 2 rails so theymeat flush if i knew how to pusts picks i would show u but just so they meet even

Its a big pain in the ass if you dont already have one, its like a welder for plastic so you would basically be welding on scraps of pipe and then filing it smooth. Then you also loose the ability to move the rails seperatly and its a big pain. I was just throwing it out there in case you happen to have one.

And if its PVC or a similar material no you cant easily just melt it with a torch or something, I've tried a lot. Its not worth the smell.
