throw a super hard misty set then when youre in the air just keep your head tucked and dont look for your landing until the end of your second invert then finish like normal. basically as long as you keep your head tucked you will naturally go to a second one... its kind of hard to explain. i just sort of went to the second my first try. got lucky and figured it out i guess... trick tip cult might have better and more information. its a better place to look. and there are probably other threads asking similar questions

You need to learn how to do a timer. Technically I do misty 5 to back, and dub misty 5 on tramp. But I think of it as switch rodeo to back, and switch dub 10.
so just throw a misty 5. Then to progress throw a misty 5 only when you come around at 5 , throw it so your feet dont touch and you keep rotating to you back, like you over rotated. so that is a way to time it. then you just need to throw it harder going into the second flip. So you would have dub misty10. As far as 14 I have no clue. throw it harder I guess.
