Dorms at Western Washington U

What's the best dorm for someone who likes to smoke a good amount of weed and likes to ski? I really don't want to be wrong...

A few of my friends stay on the ridge and go to school up there. I have gone to wwu two times this year and was contemplating going there last year.

If you want to smoke a good amount fairhaven is perfect because they have the arboretum right next to the dorms and lots of people smoke there. I must have met 20 people just from smoking in woods in two days. Up at the ridge you have to do more smoking in the dorms which is more risky, people do get caught for smoking in their rooms one of them being my friend. Pretty much all other students are cool with smoking but the residence staff cares. I have heard that the ridge is known more for drinking but everyone heads out to parties on the weekends.

we have a red turf field. If your trying to smoke live in a suite on the ridge. Dont live on north campus or in a dorm with halls/ an ra on every floor

I'm not too worried about smoking in the dorms because I have my vap. So I'm looking at the ridge, I know alpha is a substance free feel, which part of the ridge would you recommend?

I lived in ridgeway gamma me and my roommate put a bag over the fire alarm and smoked nonstop with no issues.

The bag is crucial. My friends have set the alarm off multiple times and when I was there I saw a room boxed with smoke pouring out the windows and the fire alarm was blaring. My friend and I ran in there and helped them air the room out and finally got the alarm to shut off. The police and fire department will come if the alarm goes for long enough and you will most likely get fucked especially if the room smells like burnt herb which most likely it would.

if you live in a hall dorm i would guess you would get caught at least once, probably more, unless you're super anal about it. Get into beta/gamma if not really having to worry about it is really important to you. I live in beta and out of all the people ive met who also live here (not all of them by any means, i dont really have a desire to ever meet a decent amount of humans) 100% of their suites get smoked in on a daily basis. A lot of kids in suites just smoke in their rooms w/o taking precautions and are fine most of the time. This is because there is a bathroom in the middle with doors that close and two fans so if you smoke in there the smell doesnt leave there

if you have any specific questions i can try to answer them but ive only gone here for 2 quarters

Do you know much about how to get up to Baker? I'm not going to have a car and I was wondering if they still did the ski bus or if I was going to meet some people in the Ridge that skied a lot.

you have to be a retard to get caught smoking. towel under the door, fan in front of the door, and a fan blowing the smoke out the window with axe/febreeze when needed. get ozium if you can. if you box your room you probably shouldn't be in college

That is one of the things i dont know much about because I have a car so I just drive up whenever. Ive never heard of a bus from bellingham (or specifically westrern). you should probably just try to meet a bunch of skiers/boarders (the process of verifying if they are good enough is the hardest part) with cars early on, thats what most people do. You might get lucky and have some on the ridge but you never know where the legit skiers/boarders are going to end up on campus. I think at the start of the year kids posted shit on westerns internet forum or something to find rides but i never have gone on it. Why would you want to ski at baker though? it only rains there, its puking rain up there right now

Yeah, I get that feel. I usually hear good things about Baker though. Like the pow and the backcountry. Where do you normally ski while you're there?

Stay in School!!

Seriously. I went to western for 1 year and i literally only wanted to party and ski. I did a lot of drugs and missed class to the point that I failed out. (Huge Mistake) . It took a lot of grind at shitty fucking jobs and burning the candle at both ends at community college to ge to where I am now ten years later. Anyway I loved living up there I just didn't have my shit together back then, so good luck man.
