Some of these are good points but they all have pretty simple counter points. Consumption would increase for a while, possibly leading to lines but the supply is going to meet the demand. There wouldn't be lines for long. Also, there would be farmers in Iowa making shitty weed, just like there are companies making shitty cigars or shitty wine. The mass produced stuff would be terrible but there would still be those dudes in the bunkers who could do even more because they wouldn't get busted. It's like bud light (ha, puns) vs a local micro brew. Of course it would be true that some not cool people would want to smoke... Whatevs.
