Donkey Dick

just make a regular rail and i'm sure you could ghetto rig a frame onto the end so that it's shaped like a donkey dick. just don't make it too harsh,
 
If you use PVC cut the end of the PVC at a 45 degree angle then cut the donkey dick at a 45 and flip it (inb4 any sort of joke) then attach with a PVC cement and reinforce with galvanized screws. Make a support out of wood and then a post going into the ground. For added stability make a crossmember attatched to on of the other supports.

Just an idea.. It would be cheap and easy to try, if it doesn't work then take it off and cut the rail so it's end is even
 
Make lets say a 10 foot shotgun rail and then make another 2-3 foot section of the same type. The 2 rails don't neccesarily need to be attached. Line the 2 sections up and add small sections of 2x4 to raise or lower the dick part

Sweet jesus don't make it 45 degrees.

You honestly probably want more of the 10-14 degree range. If you build it with pvc make sure your edges aren't sharp or you're gonna have a bad time.
