Doing a season in South America

Hey,

I'm heading to Central/South Amercia next year travelling around and I need to burn some time (like 4-5 months) waiting for Summer in Brazil. I'm thinking of working a ski season in Chile or Argentina and was looking for some advice. There isn't a great deal of information on the internet and I searched the previous threads but couldn't find anything. I'm Australian so I think for work visa's Chile may be easier to get? I did a season in Whislter in '03 (like every other Australian) and it was phat.

Please help us with any advice or suggestions.

I am from Brazil (but I live in the USA now) and I have two houses down there and I do a lot of traveling in Brazil, so I could help you out. With Chile and Argentina, I was planning to go this summer, but it did not work out, but I had done a lot of research so I can help you with those two countries, too.
