I hate to break it to you, but this isn't really doing what you think it's doing. It's a website for rescue dogs that they want you to adopt. They arbitrarily assign you a "doggleganger" to try and get you to adopt the dog. If you try it again they'll give you a different "doggleganger" and I'm pretty sure there are only so many dogs before they start repeating it.
