Does squad mag fit with mod 1

i keep breaking my giro ledges tab adjuster so I was wondering how well the smith pairs up with the mod 1
 
I got the xl squad mags but they fit well enough with the mod. Rocked goggs over and under, never had any real complaints with either. I think it’s just an xl thing that they bulge out a bit in front of the helmet but not a huge deal, you’d be fine with the smaller version , plus my helmet is a small so it’s just smaller overall
 
My regular squads work just fine with it, also if you haven’t got the helmet yet I have a mod 1 I don’t use I’ll let go for cheap
