Does siver cartel still exist

i was just thinkin today about a jacket i had long time ago made by siver cartell that i liked a lot, do they still exist at all or did they go under? i havent heard anything about them in forever and there site just says "siver cartel, gone skiing"

I still have a pair of pants from them that I use for spring/early season skiing. Not very good quality stuff at all, but they had some cool designs.
