Does foot size matter in skiing?

Im a wierd kid... im 5'10" and way 160 pounds but i have size 30 boots.......does foot size really matter in skiing?

I'm the opposite as you, I'm 5'10 and wear 25 mondopoint boots. My feet are so disproportional to my height and other areas..
