ConceptDude you are wrong, strength training will not only help you build muscle mass but it will also strengthen your bones and your joints. Keep in mind everyone that if you are going to workout, that is only merely half the battle, you want to have a well balanced diet with your routine which does not look like this:

lucky charms for breakfast

dorritos at school

hot dog for lunch

mdcdonalds for dinner

concept-dude weak joints come from weak muscles around the joints. trust me man after tearing an MCL two years ago and having to go to rehab for monthes on end i know this.
