I bought some goggles off him about 2 months ago and they never came. He told me he'd send me the money back if they didn't come and its been this long and no goggles and no money so does anyone know him and can tell him to pay up? help much appreciated +k

sorry to hear that happened, and sorry that i dont know him

for the future, always pay using your credit card through paypal. that way if someone scams you, you can just cancel it easily

from what i know, hes legit, but he has comunication issues. hes only 4 hours south of me tho....

He bought some neckwear off of me and everything went well. He seems legit to me... it is probably just a communication error. Give it some time and it will more than likely work itself out.

Good luck,

Ryan

I believe a paypal dispute/claim needs to be lodged within 60 days of the payment if you were going to go down that road

yeah dude, same thing happened to me. I sent him the heel pieces to my p18s to have them bent to 110 for my maidens and he has since disappeared. I sent him the bindings around December 10 and it's currently January 26 and I've heard from him twice. The first time was here on ns through pms where he asked to confirm that I wanted the brakes bent to 110mm. I messaged him back asap, but he never replied until I emailed him like 15 days ago. In his reply email, he told me that it had taken so long because of an issue with reordering one of the brakes and that he was gonna hook me up with some pictures and then send them out ASAP. Never happened. I'm generally a pretty patient guy, but this is beginning to piss me off because those bindings are 400 bucks MSRP and I'm really not stoked on the idea of someone stealing half of them. I talked to some of the people that I guess know him and they tell me he's in the middle of a move, so it's difficult for him to get internet. Personally, I think that's no excuse. If you're gonna do business with people, you should at least make an effort to communicate with them. Give me a phone number if you can't get internet or at least tell me you're in a move. Plus, after that first PM, I messaged him like 5 times trying to get a reply. When I got fed up enough to email him, he replied like the day after, but then disappeared. Seems a little fishy to me.

i have never actually bought from him. but he was ridiculously hard to get in touch with when he tried to buy my bindings.

Ive met him at tline cause he works there as a ski patrol guy. If i ever see him ill tell him. Has he not logged onto newschoolers?
