^the weight bench thing is good. anything with plyometrics (jumping up on stuff), yoga (especially ashtanga or power yoga), trampolines, lot's of core stuff (like pilates excercizes with a ball), lunges, squats, etc. no need to pick up any weights, if you do, use light weight and lots of reps.
