how to adjust the flex on 2008 dalbello kryptons rampages...I was thinking that you unscrew the back cuff but I don't wanna screw anything up...

can anybody who owns or has knowledge about these boots give me a explanation on how to adjust the flex?(not the tongues but the insert in the boot)
