Don't you know? Thugs be hesh as fuck now yo. I like it. I can tell they don't have a gun on them, which is comforting.

they still do it and have never stopped.

the worst of them are the younger kids that seriously wear skinnier jeans than a 13 year old girl but sag them to show their tighty whities. no lie. it's ridic.

Its because they are ghetto KIDS, so their clothes used to be baggy then they grew and were too poor to buy new clothes and have to wear small clothes now.
 
soon enough skiers will be following the trend. black people have so much power, whatever they wear now skinny white kids will be wearing in 2-3 years
