Do your boots hurt your feet?

My boots seem to fit me and ive had them heat fitted. When i put them on they feel great then after 2 days of skiing by the end of the day my inner arches hurt so much i cant bear to dig my edge in the way i should and start to ski sloppy and then finally have to stop. Is this normal for alot of skiing or is there someway to fix this? And when i say two day of skiing im often skiing more than 8 hours a day easy.

my inner arches hurt after skiing as well. this is because i'm very flat footed and there is a bone sticking out slightly on the inside of my foot. this causes it to rub against the boot and usually skin gets broken.

footbeds would probably help. more than likely the more expensive they are the better, but i just got some superfeet ones and my boots feel fantastic now. Never have to undo any buckles, feet aren't old, they fit tight, my feet don't move.

A footbed is the answer. sometimes a slip in can be enough. ie. superfeet.

If not, and you have good range of movement through your foot a good custom footbed can correct your stance alignment.

If your navicular bone is very prominent you may still require a punch or grind to the shell to give it the bone the space it will need.

as always, seek a bootfitter in your area.

if it is not the navicular bone and the pain you feel maybe be the plantar fascia tendon. also footbed is the solution.
