Do you ride sierra @ tahoe?

if so, ive been savin up all my monetary earnings in hope of buying a pass for sierra this upcoming season my goal has been met and now it will be my new "home mountain" i guess Problem: all my old crew doesnt ride sierra so , if you ride sierra a bunch and are gona be there next season, we should ride together sometime

ok, i was gonna say, if you live in sac (like i do), i would buy the double whammy pass then ride northstar most of the time, and visit sierra occasionally. but since you live where you do, that scenario does not present itself to you
sac isnt that dirty, just a few hoods here and there
 
yeah i got the double whammy anyhow just because i'll end up at n* every once in a while, but yeah sacs got its sick places i always end up in the bad ones somehow
 
iv been on the freeride team there for like four years and it is by far my fav mountian

that parks are hella maintained and everything is super sick

once this year when the park crew was redoing one of the parks they asked us to try it out and tell them if they should change anything

everyone is super sick, def recommended

Most of the skiers riding Sierra are 12-14 and a bit annoying. Everyone riding the Alley and most people riding Bashful are chill though.

Northstar usually has the better park setup, but last season was a different story.
 
hah yeah i heard there were hella groms over there , hopetheyre not too bad, i hear the lines @ n* are crazy , the asians too,. true? false?
 
sierra is such a fun mountain its a ways away from me tho so i dont ride there muchthere park is just as good as northstars plus its such a fun mountain the lines kinda suck thoget the value pass!
 
If you're getting DoubleWhammy and you'll be riding mostly weekends, I'd say get Vertical Plus, which is a separate lift line for most all of the lifts at both sierra and northstar.

Sierra's parks are usually pretty empty, but northstar's pinball and moonshine get busy quick with lots of gapers on weekends. so again yeah get vertical plus.
 
yeah i scored some comp asses there last year (n*) and it was insanely crowded hah the line for the lift seemed like it started at the top of the park thanks for the tips though ima gonna definitly lookin into that
 
the parks in sierra are hella sick as long as your in bashful or the alley you don't really have to worry about gapers except for the occasional ones, but getting to bashful can be a bitch having to dodge gapers on busy weekends, but its so worth it. All the skiers there are pretty sick and not to cocky. powder days can be epic if you know where to go. if you need any tips for sierrra just pm me.

I'm on the swim team, and it's affectionately known as a Speedo run. Shock value for all the virgin eyes.And speaking of soccer, we fucked the shit out of CB today 3-0.
 
AHAHAHAHA no shit! Yea that shit is mad gay but i see the humor in it. Yea jesuit was the best in the nation my senior year. had like 7 dudes from my club team and then bout 5 younger san juan players as well. My folsom squad had like 3 club players all together including me hahha. oh well good thing high school soccer dont mean shit and its all about goin to those college coaches showcase tournaments. haha fuckin swim team.
 
Jesuit soccer is full of San Juan players still. And our coach has been here for 30 years. I guess nothing's changed.
But we know when Speedo runs are not appropriate. Elementary school track meets are a big no-no.

park is great (though i am a little pissed on how they shut down the backside for a pro shoot for the last month 1/2 they were open last year...) ...

pow lines are sick (pillows) ...

lots of little skier kids running around that make me feel really old... but whatever! i dont ever see them on pow days...

and if you cant afford a double pass .... i dont know... i mean i am usually fine with sierra most of the season and then when i start to get really bored they usually open the sierra pass to n* for the last month

 
woo!hahayeah they few times i got over there the back park was closed, i saw the whole comp and all the photos of the shoot in transwrld snowboarding though it was so sick,
 
yo, im moving down from Montana to ride at sierra this year too. we should meet up and shred shit. I know a few kids living in placerville and truckee but thats about it so itd be cool to ride with some new faces too!
 
Hey i groomer over at heavenly looking to maybe get in with the partime ski school at sierra for the double pass i haven't been up there yet but i'm sick for the wind and all the patrol dicks at heavenly everybody tells me siera is sick how come your getting a pass for siera when you live at the wood? that place has bomb lines and is a ghost town on the weekdays

I dont know where im livin, probly be bummin on couches around placerville or southlake for a while. try and figure something out living wise when i get down there around mid january or something like that
 
I'll be at Sierra every now and then... Got the double whammy pass. I'll be there for week excursions at a time.
 
If anyone is looking for roommates near sierra (south lake or nearby) let me know. I'll be rolling into town mid january.
