Do you do rails right foot foward or left foot foward?

whatever way u spin is the way you should jump on a rail and then put the necassary foot in front... i spin around my left shoulder (naturally), so i spin onto a rail spinning left and landing my right foward in front, so whatever sholder is the sholder u spin around is the oppistie leading foot... in most cases
