Do Squaw or Alpine ski instructors get an armada pro form?

typically all PSIA instructors get a pro form, and Armada does have one for said instructors.

also if your not a ski instructor, techs also get pro deals as well when you do company certifications and through stores if you finish online exams. i get sick deals

i suggest you ask your boss. why did you not do that in the first place?

It's usually done through an Armada dealer. They have the forms (or can get them from Tyson at Armada) and the skis will be shipped to the dealer.
