Do rockered skis get worn out?

questions in the title, potentially buying some skis from my buddy but my brother was saying that they do, is this true or some fabrication? they've been used for a year...

Do you mean just camber or all around durability? I don't see why they would wear out any faster than a cambered ski. I would say that they might even last longer. A ski with camber will eventually loose it's camber, whereas a reverse camber ski has no camber to loose.

this is basically my experience. I nose butter like a mofo errwhere and my park skis (reg camber) start looking like they either have no camber or even early rise by the end of the season

Ya im just curious to know if rocker skis tend to soften up over time ie become flexier, obviously all skis do, but wondering if rockered do moreso than over styles (ie camber)
