Just got up from a nap, I think first voluntary one ever, and my internal clock is so fucked up right now about what time it is and such, this happen to anyone else?
Word. 15 minutes naps are amazing...I feel so energized after one. Whereas a 2 hour nap would leave me groggy and needing to wake myself up fully. Everyone should teach themselves to take 15 min naps. It didn't take me long to learn.
whenever i try to take a short nap i wind up sleeping for 3+ hours, and then i wind up staying up all night, and then i cant wake up for class on time...its a vicious cycle haha
the other day, i smoked this bomb hash at like 3 and fell asleep till like 7 and had no idea what the fuck was going on. i had no idea why it was dark outside.
Any more than an hour and I'm fucked. I feel so groggy and shitty after an hour plus nap, it's terrible. Fifteen minute naps are OK, but I still just don't really like them...
ugh im sick right now and i had a burly sick person nap a few days ago that was like 4 hours but it ended up doing me more bad than good cuase i didnt get to sleep until 3:30 in the morning
