Do Naps Screw Anyone Else Up?

Sooo I SB'd, nothin, so here it is.

Just got up from a nap, I think first voluntary one ever, and my internal clock is so fucked up right now about what time it is and such, this happen to anyone else?
 
only if you sleep for like three hours. naps should only be 15 mins man its all you need.
 
yea...I should probably not set my radio as alarm haha, I think it's like tomorrow but it's not aaaaagh!!!
 
I nap every day. I guess it really isnt a nap since it lasts 2 hours and is every day. Pretty much its just my natrual cycle.
 
Word. 15 minutes naps are amazing...I feel so energized after one. Whereas a 2 hour nap would leave me groggy and needing to wake myself up fully. Everyone should teach themselves to take 15 min naps. It didn't take me long to learn.
 
whenever i try to take a short nap i wind up sleeping for 3+ hours, and then i wind up staying up all night, and then i cant wake up for class on time...its a vicious cycle haha
 
i fall asleep way too easily.

the other day, i smoked this bomb hash at like 3 and fell asleep till like 7 and had no idea what the fuck was going on. i had no idea why it was dark outside.
 
No man, i love naps though. I usually nap from when i get home from school to supper, or right after supper until 8:30ish. They are so nice.
 
Any more than an hour and I'm fucked. I feel so groggy and shitty after an hour plus nap, it's terrible. Fifteen minute naps are OK, but I still just don't really like them...
 
ugh im sick right now and i had a burly sick person nap a few days ago that was like 4 hours but it ended up doing me more bad than good cuase i didnt get to sleep until 3:30 in the morning
