I went to my ski shop today to get my booters molded to my feet and they told me that they can't do it unless i use an insole, and plan on using an insole whenever i ride them. They didn't come with it, so do i need it? Or did they forget to put it in my box? I've skied on em like 3 times and i haven't noticed any hard impacts or something on my feet.

btw the insole is the foot shaped flat thing that you can pull out of most shoes. Are you gellin? that sorta thing..

I've heard that with intuitions you don't need insoles, that the liner molding eliminates the need. Call full tilt or intuition. Or some other enlightened ns'er can tell you.

Full Tilts do not come with insoles. Got bootfitted for my Sallys at my local shop yesterday. They said the intuition liners are supposed to be fully capable of taking the shape of your foot and arch during molding. However, they fully recommended continuing to use my footbeds, saying that performance with my footbeds would without a doubt be better than without. So, we went ahead and molded them with the footbed inside. Worked great.
