Do footbeds get worn out

Running some superfeet style footbeds in my boots, and noticed more pain in my feet than usual, feels like they aren't supported as much. Do plastic/fibre footbeds wear out after a few years? I bought the current ones in like 2019.

they can soften up and pack out just like liners do. offer less support, take up less space.

the custom molded sidas are my favorite. and dr scholls gels under the liner; apparently thats pretty ghetto tho.
