Can confirm I was there as well. It was quite funny, that and the rowdy guy next to the camera man who kept making commie jokes and wanting world peace.

180 = straight air in half pipe... So I suppose you're right. It will be ironic.
 
going to other types of big ski events is epic, never thought of bringing signs...

has anyone imagined someone actually doing a 180 on an aerials quad kicker? i would train this on a water ramp if i had ever got the chance
 
Sign maker reporting in. It was I.B., JLOCKS and myself. We also showed up at the Olympic Trials for ski jumping.

I saw that as well and couldn't help chuckling because the Olympics is in PyeongChang
 
lost it. never laughed so hard in a library this baked in my life. The engineering students were pissssssed.
 
No. Not funny at a slopestyle comp. The whole point is that for all the hoopla, the athletes can't do a 180. They aren't on twins. That's the whole point of the sign!

And anything referencing B.A.D. in a public forum, especially on national TV, is beyond awesome.
 
After much discussion, we have come to the conclusion that we would be able to accept a trip to Sochi, and could make an amazing NSTV series regarding it.
