DMB

I'll be tailgating both days starting mad early but I don't know if I'm gonna go in or not, I've seen the show like 15 times. We'll see

of course the tailgating is a must. but theyre gonan play some new stuff off big whiskey so its not teh exact same show. plus it never gets old especially on the lawn

im goin both nights. im skippin school on friday and go tailgating mad early. ill be in the mercedes parking lot somewhere. its gona be so ill

if you want tickets you can easily scalp there for like 20 bucks right before the show on lawn

Hey man, at least he skis in regular sized pants.

I'm going to fenway tomorrow night to see them! Stoked!

^ I don't know why you're hating, I'm the furthest thing from a bro and I (generally) hate frat kids, and tailgating for this concert is one of the highlights of the summer. So much crazy shit happens, you've obviously never done it. But you're entitled to your own opinion.

hahaha. so who has posted hate in this thread has actually been tailgating and gone with friends to the concert. shits out of control. just thousands of people getting shitfaced in public and the cops cant do shit because its too out of control. but i think ill be there with a neon green lacrosse shirt and maybe a red bull hat. if anyone sees me give the howd u get from chads from the bottom of alta call

ill do that or ill be randomly walkign around yelling AFTER reply "BANG". and ill find you

haha if i hear that ill say it. but anyway who else has bought big whiskey. i think its really good and going to the first show since its been released should be sick

actually they played a show the first and it went til midnight meaning that its the second show you fucking idiot

agreed.

OAR is bro, not DMB

not to mention, they put on amazing live shows.

i'll be at SPAC on june 12. anyone else?

OAR before Stories of A Stranger is some of the best music ever made. after that CD they sold out hard core. its sad to say that i am no longer a fan of them

totally, bro. see, valley understands. yo valley, wanna chill sometime?

and OAR pre-SOAS was great - i still listen to any time now all of the time. but have you ever been to one of their shows nowadays? total bro-fest.

You are no longer a fan because people like them? That is so very bro-ish of you because at some point even the subculture known as the bros will decide that DMB are too mainstream to be liked.

Bands are bands, you can like them if you want but you should never let a band's popularity shape how much you like them when they still sing your favorite song even if it came out it before they were "mainstream." DMB and OAR are both on the blurred indie/mainstream line like the pro/am line we see in skiing today.

IMHO Crash>SOAS on the 1 to bro scale due to popularity of the people liking the music that you wouldn't normally expect.

true, I don't feel that way either, infact my definition of mainstream/pro is a lot lower than a lot of other people that I know but there are those that would say.

lasts nights set list was so much better. two step was amazing. along with the encore of time bomb and all along the watchtower

the encore of saturday had friday beat. but on friday, everyday, space between, along with some more classics made my night

i was there for saturday tailgating. i saw some kid walking around with a skier shirt on and there were a bunch of little skiers doing mute grabs, thought about saying something but i went on living my life. anyways, im not the biggest dave fan and i thought the tailgate was really fun

yea bro, i've been lettin my lettuce grow as well as my lax pinney collection for the show. Should be a jammin good time. you bringin the BLs or the silver bullets?

your lucky if you can find a lawn for under 60 the night of... i'll be there both nights guna be dope
