Ight so I'm looking to purchase a dirtbike to goof around on. I've never ridden one. I'm 5 feet 3 inches. What cc should I get? I was thinking 110. Any other recommendations?

If your 5 feet 3 inches, I would go with a 125-150. You will also need to learn how to use a clutch(which is not hard to do). If I were you I would get a Honda CFR 150F. Honda makes very good quality bikes that are good for beginners/intermediate riders. It is a 150cc that should fit your size perfectly.

If you've never ridden before I'd look at 100s. Really easy to learn on but still leave a lot of room for progression. A 125 is a full size bike and I wouldn't recommend trying to learn on one at your height

Would a 100cc be much better than a 110cc. I'm having trouble finding 100cc but I've found many 110s. Thanks for the help

Honda is the only one that have their 4 stroke 100cc bike that is the equivalent to suzuki, yamaha, and kawasakis 4 stroke 125s. They all have clutches/ require manual shifting. The 110s are 3 speed automatics and will prob be a tad on the small side unless youre looking for a small pitbike. I had a DRZ 125, which myself and alot of friend learned to ride on. Just dont start off with a MX bike.

Thanks. I think I'm going with a 110cc. I'm looking at a company called coolster. Would this be a good choice? What's the top speed?

size up, just like on skis. You will learn to ride it and having a harder 1st bike will end up lasting you a lot longer. Just my .02 cents.

I have an older dr250 Ill sell you for $650, just rebuilt and jetted the carb and whole new wheel and hub assembly.

if you want a pitbike to screw around on, i would get a klx 110L. if you actually want good bike for pits/track maybe a kx100 or kx/yz/cr/rm 125. if you want a trail bike, then drz 125, crf 150, ttr 125, or klx 140 are all pretty good

How much are you looking to spend? pretty sure coolster is a chinese junk brand and you WILL get what you pay for with that, and what I mean with that is you will have more problems with it eventually than its worth.

Yeah I think I'm going with ssr now. A bit higher quality yet still cheap. Probably $700 at most is what I'm willing to spend. Looking to buy the 125 pit bike. It's big for a pit with a 30 inch seat height. It'll fit me well. Thanks again for all the help ns.
