So i broke my hawx prime 100s from 16/17 season (blue ones) and they fitted me perfect so im wondering if the newest model of the boot is the same as the older one and will fit me as good as the 16/17 model. Im also wondering if the 110 or the 120 version fits the same but just has a stiffer flex.

If the 16/17 Prime fit you well, then the latest incarnation will fit you perfectly. It's got some small refinements, but it's still a Prime.
Moving from the 110 S up to the 120 S will get you the new Mimic Platinum liner, which is definitely to your benefit if you are able to flex it properly.
