Difference between FT Konflict and 1st Chair

Before the flamming begins, I was fitted by a bootfitter for the 1st Chair. Felt great and was gonna buy but wanted to check around for a better deal first. I found some slightly used (2 -3 Days) 2013 FT Konflicts local for 240$ instead of the 399 plus 9% tax for the 1st chairs. I see the flext tongue is slightly less, but the tongue can always be replaced with a stiffer one. Other than that, are all the dimensions of the toe box the same? They both have the original shell and pro intu liner. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the first chairs are alot stiffer. the konflicts are a lot softer(still not soft). The first chairs are also ridiculously overpriced, but then again, so are the konflicts. Fuck the brand, go get fit, you wont regret it ad neither will your feet!

Ya I get the the flex, but I was more concerned about the toe and heel box dimensions. Flex is adjustable with different tongues. And at 220 almost new, or 299 new, that's not overpriced. Thanks for the info though

the only difference is the roomier toe box in the first chair compared to the konflict that has the original FTO shell with 99mm last all the way through.they should fit the same except for your toes not being as snug as they would be in the konflicts.

Oh okay, thats exactly what i was looking for. So the conflicts are a fairly narrow fit. The First Chairs was what i was fitting for, so the Konflicts might be too tight? They didnt have any Konflict at the shop to try on.

yea,so if your toes were snug in the first chairs there going to be even more snug in the konflictw but you also have to take into account when you get the intuition liners molded it might give your toes some more room.
