Difference between FD wear and VIrtika?

Whats the difference between FD and Virtika? Are they the same company, did they merge into one company, did they change there name or what? I don't know what the difference between the two are or if there are even any differences. It's been bugging me for awhile now and really wanna know.

David Lesh just gave his company a fresh start including the name. It is a lot simpler than it comes across to be

Fd wear is LJ Strenio, Virtika is just David Lesh's new start.

We started out as First Drop Outerwear (firstdropouterwear.com). The name was long, the URL was longer, and telling people our email address on the phone was insane. We came out with the Virtika line of outerwear a few years ago and the name sort of stuck. We fully transitioned to the name Virtika (virtika.com) a few years ago.
