That Elan makes twin tips for several companies... incl. 4frnt and many more. They do cap construction and side wall construction. I had a little chat with the rep at my local hill and he gave me the DL.

p.s. They make skis for many other companies in the twin tip industry as well but just can't remember them all he said something like 40% are made by Elan.
 
This is not new. Armada used to make their ski there but now they are with Atomic. And others core companie use bigger company press and such, that just the way it is.
 
Almost every single 'core' company is/was produced by a bigger name company. Nothing new at all, but interesting nontheless.
 
nothing bad at all. doesnt mean all the skis are the same as they are made with different designs. all it means is that they can produce a larger quantity of skis at a smaller price tag. this puts money, time and effort into other aspects such as quality and research. plus for all.

You'd think they'd be able to produce a half decent park ski after seeing so many good designs pass through their factory.
 
no he actually wasnt im sorry. but ya i jus tell people that and they hafta believe it cuz its jus one of those things. not like my bro was in the x games. u kno? deadliest catch is like oh word. but ya its a good one. sorry.
