Dew Tour Media Credentials

Was wondering if there is any advice from the higher ups that have had experience how do you go about getting an editorial gig to shoot at the Dew Tour. Looked at their website and it seemed like I had to be part of a company or magazine on a certain editorial assignment to be granted media credentials. Let me know any info you guys might know. Anything helps!

Hey man, I shot Dew Tour last year for The Rooster Magazine in Boulder.

You definitely will need some sort of editorial gig to shoot. I am not sure if the Dew Tour credential app is still open, but they would ask you pretty detailed info regarding where the content will be published, daily/monthly visitors and other pertinent info. NS might be able to hook ya up, who knows!

Thanks for the advice, yeah the media credentials applications are still open just sent out a few messages here and there we will see if I hear back on anything.

Credentials can be tough, I haven't done Dew Tour but I applied for summer xgames and even with a newspaper behind me they turned me down. Just see if you can find their media relations people and send those emails, or if you can give them a call (people sometimes are more willing to give access over non email forms of communication). Getting credentialed for events can be a long process at times so make sure to put in an application and make those calls as soon as possible.
