Developing Editing skills

Hey guys i just made one of my first edits and realized i have no idea what most of the features do haha. Do you guys just learn through practice or is it something that would be worth taking a class on. Here is the link to my edit +k for embed! Please give me some feed back and tips. Just want to improve my editing skill.
 
You can check some tutorials online when you really don't know how to do something (for example the basics of color-correction or a specific effect). Once you know the basics practice both filming and editing as much as you can.

Ok cool i really have to figure out color correction, it just makes videos look so clean

If you guys could watch my edit and let me know how i can improve my filming and editing criticism helps me a ton.
