Derek Spong Update?

Does anyone know how spong is doing after that crash at the rage shoot? I heard about all his injuries and stuff, but there's been a lot of rumors about when/if he'll be allright to ski.
 
hes gotten back out on the slopes within the past couple of weeks i believe. he can ski but he cant do jumps or rails (basically just shreding the gnar gnar fresh chord and gnartastic cruisers...). heel be good to ski normally this summer
 
I read in Skiing that he's gonna be staying away from gaps from now on... If he's anything like mike wilson we'll see how long that lasts

But he is in the park again
