Depression

exercise my man.

i've never been one to buy in to conventional treatments, aka antidepressants, but i do think that the natural endorphins released help more than anything else.

i've come to the conclusion that i cant understand what goes on in the depressed and hope i never do. if i'm not feeling so hotalways seems like all i need is an attitude adjustment and then i'm good to go. sorry about my early morning rambling, bottom line is i hope you find some happp

this ^^man, i'm having a tough time right now as well, my grandpa passed away and immediately after that i heard i got a 9/20 on my math exam for the first time so i get excluded for the rest of my studies till 2016, so basically i'm on my way to become a college dropout thanx to one stupid course that isn't even related to what i study (geology)

anyways, last few days have been tough and seriously, doing "fun" things are the best cure, they help to forget your troubles, i've went tramping yesterday and finally learnt lincoln loops and the day before i finally mounted my skis to be ready for winter....

really, everything is good to set your mind to different things....
