So with the passing of the initiative 100 which basically decriminalizes weed if your over 21, does this mean that it actually will go into effect in denver or will the federal law overrule it?
federal law will overrule it. the only reason they passed that, is to try and make a big motion. showing that there is interest in the masses to decriminalize it, and try to influence the fed govt. Almost like a big petition
