whats the cheapest way to do this? sofar we're only seeing one option and its damn expensive. isnt there any kind of bus?

this is the only one weve seen, its like 90$+ one way. if i wouldda realized i was spending an extra $200 on the bus, i wouldda gotten a flight into vail

probably for a family of 4, havnt looked into it yet tho. problem is, can u get rental cars with ski racks?

Like it was said...if you don't rent a car, CME's your best bet. Prices must have gone up from what I remember...you can call them to double check. it seems too high for off-peak season

You can get a discount if you're staff at most of the mountains. If you can find out what the 'secret' staff code is, they'll give you half off. I've forgotten what the password was, and it's probably been changed since I used it anyway. Hit up some resort staff, they can't be that hard to find.

CME was 50 per way to breckenridge, used to be round trip. kinda sucked

its a serious 90 minute drive to breck from DIA, add up gas and time and its reality

if you feel like paying me some dough and gettin me high il come pick you up. depending on the time frame cause i work.

my parents dont really get anyone high, so i feel like thats not gonna happen

thanks for the offer though

I am pretty sure I already explained this to u Brandon..... Greyhound.... 14 Bucks. The absolute cheapest possible way, expect bumming a ride for pot...

what about taking the RTD for pretty cheap to say boulder and then i am sure you can find something from there or even get on the regionals forum and find someone going up and offer em gas money and i bet you have a ride

sorry for the double post but i also remembered there is this web site (you will have to look around im studying for finals) but its like a car pool website to the mtns to cut down on traffic on 70.
also when im by myself and no one is going up i go to a park and ride off I-70 and just put up the thumb and since i have both passes out here i can go anywhere. but im sure you could find someone driving to your mtn.
Now i noticed you said something about a family of 4? that would be more difficult but if you split up into 2 groups of 2 you should be fine.
there are not as many creepers in CO than you would think. ive hitch hiked for 2 years now never even met a sketch person. and if they are dont go with them. common scens iom

As far as I know CME is the best deal. You can save on that trip by getting dropped off at the Vail transportation center rather than door to door of your hotel or condo. Sometimes it saves as much as $30. Hope that helps.

who the fuck are you?

just kidding. but i dont think the greyhound connects the 2, unless someone can elaborate.

Bro just go there and look around for people with skis at the airport and hitch a ride :] by far the cheapest way to get out to the mountains.
