Dent on Elizabeths

o just got my Elizabeths today from UPS. When i open them up, i check the bases and the are all scratcheed to hell, four spots two on each ski one at each end. Then i check out the topshet, there are dings all over them, and then on one there is a dent on each shovel, about the size of my thumb. what the fuck why?
 
evogear doesnt seem to take care of their inventory. i bought a wakeboard from them, it was faded and the tip was coming apart a bit
 
You think Twin Tip Nation, would be kind enough to do so, this is bullshit scratches going across the bases, and the dent is like someone took a fuckin hammer to the shovel, its huge
 
yes, if they sent it to you in that condition, call them up and talk to someone or email them

looks like some one fired like a metal ball bearing at it put it impacted really hard

it takes a lot of force to make a hole that big.
 
my elizabeths from twintipnation were kinda weird too. one ski had a line insert hole that was fucked up, and wouldnt work, and it had like dirt all over the sidewalls, and they were kinda scratched. then on the base of one of them there was just like a dent near the tail, i think this was from the factory tho. i would have gotten a base grind to fix the dent, but the shop techs said my skis were too wide to fit in their stone grinder.... ahahaha.
