Eh, I kind of agree with some of your sentiment... but only a little. These TNF edits, and a flick like The Ordinary Skier, almost make it look like these people are pioneering ski mountaineering, when they are basically being guided up with far fewer actual skills (save the lead guides) on shit that has been climbed and skied god knows how many times. Not to take away from the success of a trip like this, but it also puts it in perspective when you realize the West Buttress route was first skied in... 1962.
