Denali Experiment (With likes of Sage and Ingrid) - Camp 4 Collective/North Face Edit

That is amazing, loved it. Feeling very inspired right now, lots of work on my mountain skills this winter for sure!

On a side note, I think Ingrid is probably the most desirable woman on the planet.
 
Really cool edit, thats the future for sure. Skinning 5 days into base camp is on a whole other level. Really puts skiing into a perspective where park skiing is really just a big joke. After watching this I watched an edit of some orage skiers skiing a skate park and just made me laugh. It's really given me the opinion that skiing has been taken in the wrong direction the last few years where these cats are putting this back into the light. All in all this has inspired me work a lot harder for my lines and explore!
 
Eh, I kind of agree with some of your sentiment... but only a little. These TNF edits, and a flick like The Ordinary Skier, almost make it look like these people are pioneering ski mountaineering, when they are basically being guided up with far fewer actual skills (save the lead guides) on shit that has been climbed and skied god knows how many times. Not to take away from the success of a trip like this, but it also puts it in perspective when you realize the West Buttress route was first skied in... 1962.
 
I don't see how there was any portrayal that these guys were anything more than what they are. Really good skiers and snowboarders put in to a zone where they are not comfortable, and pushing themselves personally. No one is claiming anything really.

Though I guarantee NO ONE has thrown a flat 3 on tech bindings with a full pack on Denali besides Sage.
