I can get the original turn table p12s at a killer price, but they are demo bindings...

Will the metal mounting plates that demo bindings use be ghetto at all ? Like the weight and the flex of the skis ect ect ? Because I really love these bindings and dont want to get the px12s

thanks

I will only be paying 80$

Is there a way to just mount without the big metal mounting plate ?

The skis they will be mounted on are only going to be my all mountain/powder skis though, maybe just a little park on them, so I dont think weight will be that much of an issue

The p12 was never a turntable binding. The definition of a turntable heel is a one that rotates a complete 360 degrees, like a turntable. The p12 is just like the px12 except a different heel mechanism

I had P12 demos on my Mike Nick pros and never had an issue, the weight is all underfoot, so it's not like it affects spinning, plus you can move your mount position a bit for different conditions, I liked them overall, not a deal breaker by any means, grab them up.
