Lord_Piot, you've got an incredibly superficial, ignorant view of history. If Europeans hadn't approached Africa with their preconceptions of superiority, then history would have taken an entirely different course. Slavery and the situation in Africa are two fruits of the same plant: racism.

Are you seriously trying to justify 300 years of slavery followed by 150 years of oppression and racism because we gave them a free trip across the atlantic. How can you not see what is wrong with taht. And every thing people see about Africa is negative, becuase you wouldn't see it if it was not, thats the way the media works. You assume that everyone in africa has AIDS, is starving and is at war. Do some basic research and you will discover this is not true.
