Delamination

My friend has this snowboard and just behind one of the bindings there is a crack in the sidewall just above the edge. It looks to be the beginning of delamination, is there any way of fixing this? Having it gloed? or filled? I figured that skis and snowboards have very generally the same construction and told him id ask around

Spread the crack more with a knife, get a LOT of 24 hour epoxy in there and heat it with a hair dryer to get it right in there. Then clamp the whole area between rigid plates, but don't tighten them so much that all the glue squeezes out.
