I don't really know how to go about fixing this. I would like to try fixing it myself though, don't really have the money to get a shop to fix it for me right now even though that is probably the best option.

Thanks guys

You need some clamps, some good epoxy/some kind of high end glue and a little time. Apply adhesive, jam that shit back in a clamp it over night. If that doesn't work you might need to add your own rivets to the tip, which might be more work than is worth it doing it yourself, unless you're quite handy.

alrighty I'll try that out, thanks

you'll probably be best off if you cut the edges off where they start to peel out, otherwise they are going to want to keep pulling out (that is unless you go the rivet route right away)

if you do cut them out you'll probably just need to epoxy/clamp. When this happenned to my skis I threw duck tape over it as well as just an extra layer to hold things together (and no one wants to steal skis with duck tape on them)

Yeah that's what my original plan was going to be, but I figured I'd just post on here and see what other people think. Cause you don't really need the edge back there and I feel like I would fuck up the riveting. What did you use to cut the edge?

I just used a $5 hacksaw I had lying around. It took a little while though, if you have a dremel tool with a cutting wheel that would probably work better

I've also seen people drill small holes in the ski where they cut the edge and wrap steel wire around it a couple time before they epoxied to keep the edges from pulling out further
