What is the best and cheapest way to seal a delam? I know that gflex marine epoxy works (kinda) but I have also heard that flex-seal can work as well. Any knowledge is appreciated!

Gflex is the way to go. Put a bunch of that stuff in there and clamp it.

Flex seal isnt gonna fix shit, who told you that lmao. But ya i’ve used a lot of different epoxies and I thought gflex was just a meme until I tried it for myself. Nothing compares. Also I watched some knifemaker on YT couple weeks ago and he said its the only stuff he will use. Dudes got gallons of it in a huge soap dispenser lookin thing.
