Deep thoughts

Me and my buddy were thinking about the future of this world and what's going to happen, and I just find it disgusting if things keep going the way they do. World population is going to just keep growing, which means more urban areas need to be built, meaning there will be less nature. That's the main one for me. I just think we should all soak up as much good weather as possible, and we should all enjoy nature as much as possible before technology/progression gets way out of hand.

Once I got really stoned and started wondering why there are a limited number of colors. I thought that there had to be more colors then were already in the rainbow. Weird thing to think about

Yeah the who thing with the government got my buddy and I thinking the other day. We know that the government secretly spies on us, we know that our government has sent people into other countries to start revolutions in those countries, they have tried to brainwash people into being hitmen (manchurian candidate stuff right there), and so on, but really just think about how much must be going on that we don't know about. It has to be an insane amount of stuff. I think most conspiracy theories are stupid, but there has to be stuff going on that we would never imagine could be happening.

Oh man, go on youtube and watch the series stuff they don't want you to know. Again I really don't believe almost any conspiracies but that shit is interesting. It gives you some "Deep thoughts"

Well at 9 billion we will hit our population curve and there will most likely be an extreme mass death of humans through out the globe. At least that is how nature is supposed to work. Who knows? Zombie apocalypse would be dope, or a world war, or running out of food. Either way, nature has a funny way of correcting itself, not matter how brilliant the creatures that exist within it are, so be prepared for something big in the near future.

And p.s., we have the technology to coexist with this planet, it's just implementing it and getting people on board that is the problem.

We may not live as a species on this planet for much longer. We definitely won't live like we do today, but nobody has ever said or will be so crazy to say that we can live indefinitely on this planet. Yet, we act as if we are denying this truth. Hell, I still don't know if I exist (fuck that cogito ergo sum bullshit, I don't even know if I'm thinking).

Though I will say. We would be a bit self centered to think that the entire human civilized population, which has been around for quite some time now, would die in our life time. It's not very likely.

learn to be happy with a simplified life. we are all going to have to live with less stuff in the future whether we like it or not.

Explain the concept of "now". As in this exact moment of reality. It can't be measured in time as time increments have a beginning and end, so what is "now"?

i think a one world government would be a good change for the world. simplify and unify it all

read the book Inferno by Dan Brown. Because of that book, this topic has been on my mind for the past week

Only because there's no universally standard frame of reference. In theory scientists could all agree on some arbitrarily determined points X, Y, and Z... but it just wouldn't be as obvious as the ground you're standing on. Up and down only makes some sense on a small regional scale for if two people would stand on either pole and one pointed up, the other would have to point down to point in the same direction.

When you go into a solar system (or into a larger system such as a galaxy) you need to use a different set of criteria based on some readily used criteria. In our solar system, or in most spiral galaxies, this can be 'Spinward, anti-spinward,Center-of-Mass Inward, Center-of-Mass Outward, Right-Hand-Rule Upward and Right-Hand-Rule Downward.'
