DECADE'S BEAT THE HEAT RAIL JAM! 9/26

This September marks the 5th annual Beat the Heat rail jam, presented by Decade in South Ogden.

I know this is still a ways out, but we are making this thing better than any of the other years in the past.

Keep this Saturday, the 26th of September open, because you aren't gonna wanna miss this.

Our friend Mike, who use to man the park at P.C. is building the setup, which should be a box and a rail, and we are bringing in snow.

Tons of more info to come... just wanted to give a heads up.

Thanks for the kind words dudes. We are working hard to make this thing insane. Look forward to seein you all there!

Ich habe einen massiven Schnitzer. Dies wird ein wunderbares Ereignis sein, wenn jeder kommen kann. Und stützt Mike!

we are going to be opening registration for this tomorrow I think. Like the flier says, it will cost 10 bucks to enter, and we are only allowing 25 ski, and 25 snowboard to enter, so spots are gonna fill up fast. If you think you are gonna do this, better come register ASAP!

And, while we are on the subject of DECADE.

I thought I would mention, we will be having a nice Labor Day sale! All last years gear will be 50% off!!!!!

Labor Day weekend!

word dudes.

Registration opened today, and to do so, all you need to do is come to Decade with 10 bucks.

If you are under 18, I need a signature from parents.

well that sucks it's in Ogden right? No one from PC or SLC is gonna want to drive all the way to Ogden just to reserve a spot maybe if i go to jibyard this weekend hmmm

You are correct my good man, that is why we are cutting off pre-registration at 15. You can register day of event as well. You will just want to make sure that you get here in decent enough time to beat the other 9 people.

I have considered opening it up to 30 skiers, and 30 snowboarders, but I am hesitant because that would be 60 riders all attacking 2 features... seems like a lot of people when you put it that way huh?
Thoughts?

what about heats? Those cricket rail jams had 3 features and like 50-70 riders but they had heats separate i know its a pain but the turn of and level of competition would be so baller if a ton of people could sesh but no one likes a clusterfuck so i understand

AND YOU CAN ALL MAKE PURCHASE OF THE NEW STEENIEZ LINE THATS DROPPING AT THE EVENT

GONNA BE THE DOPEST DOPE YOU EVER SMOKED

Its not even close to the front runner station in Ogden, like 45 blocks away. are there a bunch of you that were gonna train it down? if so I"m sure we can figure out a car pool scenario and get someone (probably me) to come pick up some people. I'd be willing to do it if theres at least 3 of you.

fun..wish there would have been heats or something so everybody could have got more hits...i mean people who didn't make finals might have got 3-4 hits...got to ski though!
