where do we go? have you ever really thought about what happened if you died in a car accident tomorrow? what would happen. i personally think that when we die, that's it, there's nothing more after it. you just don't exist. anyone have any interesting theories on death?
 
this is a very intersesting topic. but how can you stop existing? does your "soul" just die as well?
 
we become the food that our friends and family eat so that when they die you can be like, "you ate me you sick fuck". either that or you just go to heaven
 
^ theres no other explanation.. science has proved too much for god and he would have given a sign or some shit by now that he exist..
 
so when the worlds population was only 1 billion for did the other 5 billion souls get made? I thought they were sposed to be recycled?
 
yeah he sure did, cuz like when there was one single celled organism on this planet, it's soul just kept dividing and dividing and dividing
 
^me too. after seeing that stupid movie saw 2, i dunno. i just thought about what happens. i con't really believe in god or heaven or anything of that sort, so i don't know what to think. it's all so complex

i find it hard to fathom anything after death, but it also boggles my mind to be completely gone. like, after all the events/emotions/thoughts in your life, how can it just be gone? i do not believe in god though, i dont know what to think.

im with you on that... its just like sleeping... you don't know your somthing... its not like you have life after death..

sometimes when im blazed out of my mind and i look at the stars how can we just be chilling here in the universe and just look up and know that everything arounds us goes for infinity. is there an end? a turn around sign? i don't know. its fucked
 
^i do that too. it's weird to think about that there really is no end to the universe. it goes on forever and ever and ever
 
whoa this is really making me think. life is soooo beyond us. crazy... something else i was thinking about is like you have a certain amount of time but then that time gets used upo as you get older until it runs out... and then you cant ski anymore....
 
yeah if theres nothing after death then really the only thing you can do is try to be remembered in someway; like being burried a pryamid or something

death is such a complex crazy thing. im afraid that there is nothing after. that we are all just here by chance and science was right and religion completely made up and wrong. sometimes i think about how nothing means nething. in 100 thousand years, no one alive now will be remembered no matter who they are. everything we do, our entire lives will be forgotten. if that one doesnt scare ya a little, i dont know what will.

what about a multi-dimensional universe? As you die in one dimension, you're born into another. It's repeated for eternity.
 
^never thought about that one. interesting theory. that would make me happier then just dying and being the end of it. that's not a comforting thought. i don't want to never come back

but i dont think that u r reborn again onto earth, or i hope not, because how do we know that this isnt our 4th 5th or 6th lives, and we dont/cant remember anything from previous lives

You have to define for yourself the point in living. It's not a question someone can answer for you.

Seems like you all look upon the vastness of our known universe as something terrible. I understand the fascination, but why the anxiety? Your place in life is defined by you--and mind you, you must define it. IF you don't you'll run awash in this overanalytical gaunlet of philosophical bullshit, missing the beauty in life cause you're trying to understand that which your brain cannot physical comprehend.

Define your beliefs. Define your objectives. Live without definition and you will lack it yourself cause you will be nothing but shadows and dust.

Questioning and thinking--good.

Overanalyzing and nihilism--bad.
 
i know this girls whos so religious and shit, i asked her how she explains evolution and she says god put evidence of it on earth to trick us. i laughed in her face.

dude this sucks thinking about all this but its so wierd and interesting...and shit like if u die in a dream do u die in real life? cause right before i die in my dreams i wake up...or if im falling i wake up right before i hit.

and the deminsion shit..i watched a show about the universe and a theory was that there is 11 demensions they found like 9 i think but cant find the other 2... but you can only see 3...but how is t hat possible? its so wierd to think about and how can the universe go forever? what is forever? and how can it just stop?
