i heard a rumor that someone died or was very severly injured at jiminy today (saturday) does anybody know what happened

No idea, sorry man..

But someone did die at Sunday River a couple weeks back on the trail White Heat. It was either suicide, or a murder. They aren't sure yet. Rumor has it that he put his binding's DIN wicked low, and unbuckled his boots and whatnot. Made everything really unstable, then went down full speed, hit a rock on the side, and died. No helmet. Police and everything was on the trail, and it was closed for a couple days. What a way to die.

 
thats an insane story i guess if i were going to die i'd want it to be skiing

shit thats two deaths there so far this year, anybody know what trail it happened on?

shit its always the same story. first time snowboarder goes too fast, cant stop and hits a tree. sad

yeah some one at stowe ( Mt mainsfield they hiked up) died they were sitting on a cliff and i guess the snow fell off and so did he.

yeah some local guy that was in meathead films died a little while ago on mansfield.. its was nuts to cause all the guys were so experianced and i guess that it wasnt even that crazy of a line that they were doing. such a bummer
