Death At Breck Today

Today, Micheal Crim of Florida missed a turn on Angel's Rest trail (intermediate) and skied into a tree...
Another sad story... He wasn't wearing a helmet and died of trauma to his head and pelvis.
Here at Bachelor's Gulch they've made helmets mandatory since the first death at Breck. Accidents happen, wear a helmet.

God that sucks. Worst Christmas ever for that family, and I'm sure Christmas will be ruined for years to come.
