DEAR SNOWBOARDERS- answer my binding question

First off, I AM A SKIER THAT WILL BE SNOWBOARDING A BIT THIS SEASON. So relax.

Anyways, does binding size matter all that much? I am able to take a pair of last year's Union Force bindings in L/XL from my shop for next to nothing. The problem is, I'll be using size 10 Rome Bodega boots, but the size chart says the L/XL binding range goes from boot size 10.5 and up. Is that going to be a problem or affect the way it rides?

inb4 someone says that anyways

you run the same boot size that i have and i went with a M/L Force SL binding when i got my board two years ago. their size chart with that boot size you can go M/L or L/XL and i think the issue i didn't go bigger was bc i could not get the L/XL. if your board is wider i wouldn't worry about getting the L/XL but if it is not too wide i wouldn't get them since the baseplate might overhang a little more than you would want.

personally their quality was not that good. they were super light and responsive but i had major problems with the screws on the straps and buckles falling out and had to replace the heal cups twice for cracks. i went back and forth with Union a bunch of times for parts. they ended up sending me a box of parts to pick what i needed and then i sent everything leftover back to them. if their price is good get them.
